Payments
We’re able to offer these amazing rates because we have a fixed participant count.
Prices are per attendee. More than one attendee per car can enter, but the pricing remains the same for all drivers. (If you have two people, they’d each pay the full price for the day.)
Online
All cards on file will be charged on the deadline date.
If you are using a credit card, it will not be charged immediately. However, you will likely see a preauthorization check – much like a hotel might do – which is done electronically to confirm the validity and capacity of your account. The preauthorization “hold” should be released (i.e., dropped from) your account within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your card provider's policies.
If you are using a debit card, you won’t be charged immediately, either, but you should treat the preauthorization as though it were an actual withdrawal. Please be sure to account for this reduction in available funds, at least until the "hold" is released by your bank.
On the Group Buy deadline date, all credit cards will be processed by the MotorsportsReg platform – but only if the minimum entry count has been met.
